Charlotte R., M.S., BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 10 years of experience providing ABA services across home and school settings. She is passionate about supporting children and families to make meaningful progress, while also teaching skills that help children advocate for themselves in everyday life. Her approach centers on collaboration, consistency, and creativity, tailoring strategies to each child’s strengths, interests, and goals. She especially enjoys connecting through play, celebrating wins big and small, and fostering environments where both children and clinicians can grow with confidence. When she’s not in session, you’ll find her exploring the great outdoors or trying out new adventures.
