Adileni Ibarra, B.A. (Workplace Coordinator)

Adileni Ibarra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and has more than 10 years of experience supporting children and families across school, after-school, and early education settings. As the Workplace Coordinator at IGCN Health Center, she is dedicated to fostering supportive and organized environments while advocating for the growth, development, and overall wellbeing of children, adolescents, and families.

Her professional background has provided her with extensive experience working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams to help create positive and supportive experiences for those she serves.

Outside of work, Adileni enjoys visiting theme parks, exploring museums, and discovering new coffee shops and cafés.
